We are a Baptist church in the city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In our weekly Sunday gathering, ministry, and community, we seek to be people who serve Christ for God's glory and others' good. Northbrook feels like family; it's a place where relationships run deep, where we care about each others' struggles, and where we are all doing our best to point each other to Christ, our ultimate hope.

Announcements and Events

This Spring at Northbrook​

  • Our Ladies Bible Study will meet for six weeks on the book of Ephesians starting March 7, and our Men's Bible Study meets continually on Tuesdays for a study of Zechariah.

  • On March 5th, we'll enjoy a 12 o'clock Member Meeting (after Immersion Groups) followed by a Chili Cookoff.

  • Save the date for our Good Friday Service (April 7, 6:00 p.m.) and our Easter Service (April 9th, 10:00 a.m.).
